About Me

My name is Lolita Hale and I am proud to be a member of the Bald Team since 2016! With over a decade of real estate experience, the best part of my job is meeting people like YOU! I grew up in Virgil and live in rural Niagara-on-the-Lake with my husband and our three (almost grown) kids, along with our fur-babies, who rule our home. I have played violin since I was nine and you may see me play in local churches or weddings from time to time. I am also known as the “Baking Realtor” as my clients often get some homemade biscotti, fudge or coffee cake, to make their day a bit sweeter!

Being the fifth of six children brings out a negotiating force and passion in me that makes sure that my clients make the most educated decision possible and that their wish list is met to the best of my ability. I don’t take my business for granted. I am grateful and feel blessed every time a deal comes together. There’s no better feeling than when a client thanks me for handling a large decision, such as listing or selling, as smoothly and seamlessly as I did. For me, real estate is about relationships – ones that will last for many years!
